Dani Kleinman is a strategic business leader who enjoys working in high-growth, complex, and global environments. She most recently served as Chief People Officer and Vice President of Legal at Cruise LLC, a self-driving car company based in San Francisco, where she led the company first through rapid growth and then through post-acquisition organizational transformation. Prior to Cruise, Dani built the global employment law and litigation functions at Docusign during its rapid growth from pre-IPO to post-IPO and from 1,000 to 5,000+ employees worldwide. Her expertise spans HR, employment law, compliance, organizational design, and building high-impact teams in complex regulatory environments. Dani is dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity and accountability within the organizations she serves. 

Prior to working “in house” for tech companies, Dani was an employment litigator at an AM100 law firm, handling cases in both California and New York. Dani received her B.A. from the University of California, Davis and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
