Sriram Sitaraman is Chief Information Officer at PsiQuantum, where he leads the company’s global information technology strategy, engineering infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, AI adoption, and digital transformation. He is a technology executive with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling the technology foundations that power world-class engineering organizations. 

Prior to joining PsiQuantum, Sriram served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Synopsys, where he led global information technology across engineering infrastructure, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and business operations for a workforce of more than 30,000 employees. During his tenure, he helped build one of the industry’s largest engineering compute environments, supporting high-performance EDA, simulation, cloud, and AI workloads for thousands of engineers worldwide. 

Throughout his career, Sriram has led large-scale transformations across cloud infrastructure, data centers, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, AI adoption, and M&A integration, helping organizations improve engineering productivity, operational resilience, and business growth. He has overseen the technology integration of more than 100 acquisitions, advised executive teams and boards on technology strategy and cybersecurity, and holds multiple U.S. patents in distributed computing, IT infrastructure, monitoring, and cloud systems. 

Sriram holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Pune University.
